USING CALL FORWARDING
If you forward your phone and wait for an operator to answer, our computer records that as a billable call.
These are unnecessary and we do not want to bill you for these calls.
To avoid these charges, when forwarding your phone, do the following:
- Dial 72# ... enter the number you want to forward to.
- Wait 3 seconds, then hang up.
- Repeat steps 1 & 2
To verify that your calls are forwarded to your answering service, dial 72# ... the busy signal you hear confirms your call forwarding is on and working.
To remove call forwarding, dial 73# and hangup. You will now receive your calls at your location.
