CHECKING FOR MESSAGES
The following is an explanation of how our voice mailbox works. Once you learn how it operates, you will be able to retrieve your messages quickly. From any touch tone telephone, simply follow the instructional prompts. When you become familiar with the mailbox, you may ignore the prompts and quickly touch tone your way to faster message retrieval.
TO ACCESS OUR VOICE MAILBOX:
- Dial 1-800-806-7751
- Voice prompt will ask you to enter your mailbox number.
- Voice prompt will ask you to enter your password.
- You are now in the retrieval mode of the voicemail
RETRIEVAL MODE:
The computer will tell you if you have any messages. To listen to your messages, PRESS 1.
- Press 1 - New Messages
- Press 2 - Saved Messages
- Press # - Return to Main Menu
While listening to your messages, you have the following options:
- Press 8 - To Rewind Message
- Press 9 - To Fast Forward Message
- Press 0 - To Pause Message
After listening to your messages, you will automatically receive the time and date of each message. You will have the following options:
