PRIVACY POLICY
Answer Network, Inc. operates in full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).
During training every employee is educated on the importance of not disclosing the content of clients calls or client information. Each employee signs an agreement acknowledging they understand and agree that discloser of such information will result in immediate dismissal.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Information collected during the course of normal business operations is not available to third parties.
No personal client information is kept in any database.
Information on calls handled for each account is held in our electronic files. It is used for billing purposes only, held for references for approximately 30 days, then purged.
